As an Armed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, helping to support a secure environment through visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. This role offers the chance to provide customer-focused service, respond to security-related concerns, and work with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $26.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat10:30 PM - 06:30 AMSun10:30 PM - 06:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access, and support the protection of sensitive equipment, work areas, and information-related assets. Assist with incident reporting, daily activity logs, and shift handoff communication while following Allied Universal standards and site-specific post orders.Minimum Requirements: Possess an armed guard card/license. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
