Top performers may have the potential to earn between $40,000 and $100,000 annually, based on performance and completed sales generated by qualified leads.Key ResponsibilitiesCanvass assigned neighborhoods and speak with homeowners. Generate leads for free property inspections. Build trust through friendly and professional communication. Explain the value of the inspection without pressuring homeowners. Track addresses visited, homeowner responses, and follow-up needs.Use provided scripts, sales packets, tools, and coaching.Manage your own field schedule and transportation. RequirementStrong communication and people skills. Friendly, professional, and motivated attitude. Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face. Able to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable personal vehicle required. Must carry and maintain personal liability insurance. Sales, canvassing, customer service, or field marketing experience is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.Compensation & SupportTraining Pay: $50 per day during training, minimum 4 hours worked. Commission: Starting at 3% of gross sales generated from your leads. Bonuses: Additional bonuses available for strong performance. Schedule: Flexible schedule.
