Project Manager
Oracle Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead and manage Oracle-related projects from initiation through completion. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables, and ensuring successful implementation of Oracle solutions aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Oracle projects, including planning, execution, implementation, and closeout.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
Manage cross-functional teams consisting of Oracle functional and technical resources, business stakeholders, vendors, and implementation partners.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project status, issues, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
Coordinate requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support activities.
Monitor project scope, budget, resources, timelines, and overall project health.
Identify and proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
Facilitate project meetings, status reviews, steering committee meetings, and stakeholder communications.
Provide regular project status reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
Ensure appropriate documentation, governance, and project controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate user acceptance testing, cutover, deployment, and transition to production.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors and Oracle implementation partners as needed.
Ensure project deliverables meet business requirements, quality standards, and agreed-upon timelines.
Drive issue resolution and facilitate decisions across technical and business teams.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.7+ years of project management experience, preferably within Oracle environments.
Proven experience managing complex Oracle implementations, upgrades, integrations, or transformation projects.
Strong understanding of Oracle project lifecycles and implementation methodologies.
Experience managing multiple workstreams and geographically distributed teams.
Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies.
Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
Experience with one or more Oracle product areas such as HCM, ERP, Financials, SCM, CX, EPM, or Procurement.
Experience with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies.
PMP or other recognized project management certification.
Experience working with Oracle systems integrators and third-party vendors.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
