Our expertise spans construction loan monitoring, owner's representation, property condition assessments, stabilized property inspections, Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, and asbestos surveys.What You'll DoReview construction documents, budgets, and cost dataPerform on-site inspections and prepare clear, concise monthly reportsDevelop insurable value and cost analysesProvide cost consulting support across multiple project typesTravel Expectations:Travel is structured and predictable, occurring once per month. Each trip typically includes 3-4 days of site visits and one day at our headquarters in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.What We're Looking ForDegree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience with commercial construction projectsStrong analytical and written communication skillsComfortable working independently in a remote environmentHighly detail-oriented
