Assembler

Qualifications:High School Diploma or GED required5+ years of mechanical assembly, electro mechanical assembly, or machine build experienceExperience in medical device, automation, capital equipment, or regulated manufacturing preferredAbility to read engineering drawings, GD&T, 3D models, and assembly documentationProficient with calipers, micrometers, height gauges, dial indicators, and torque toolsExperience with ERP/MRP systems, root cause analysis, and troubleshootingExperience with prototype builds, first article assemblies, and ECO implementation preferredResponsibilities:Lead assembly of complex automation systems, custom machinery, and precision mechanical assembliesInterpret engineering drawings, GD&T requirements, and BOMs to support buildsPerform alignment, calibration, fitting, and tolerance verification on precision equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, fit up, and tolerance stack issues and implement corrective actionsSupport prototype builds, first article assemblies, and engineering changesMentor junior assemblers and work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams
