In 2023, LoveShackFancy launched Beauty exclusively at Sephora, inviting millions into its rose-colored world of whimsy and celebration.Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and adaptable Stock & Capacity Management Associate to support both stock operations and client flow management at our Woodbury Common Premium Outlets location.Due to the high traffic nature of the outlet environment especially during weekends, holidays, and peak tourist seasons this role plays a critical part in maintaining store organization, operational efficiency, and a seamless client experience.This position will flex between back-of-house stock responsibilities and front-of-store capacity management, ensuring that the store operates efficiently during high-volume shopping periods.The ideal candidate is organized, energetic, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with high customer traffic.Key ResponsibilitiesStock & Operational SupportReceive incoming shipments and ensure all merchandise is accurately scanned and processedReport inventory discrepancies to managementMaintain organization and cleanliness of the stockroomAssist sales associates in retrieving merchandise quickly to support the sales floorSupport unit transfers between stores and warehouseConduct stock checks and inventory organizationHelp ensure product replenishment is timely to maximize selling opportunitiesClient Flow & Capacity ManagementManage store capacity during high traffic periodsCoordinate and maintain an organized line outside the storeServe as the first point of contact for clients entering the boutiqueCommunicate wait times and entry process clearly and professionallyAssist customers with QR code sign-ups for store entry or waitlist systemsMonitor client flow in partnership with store leadership and securitySupport crowd control using stanchions and line organizationEnsure the entry experience remains welcoming, organized, and aligned with the LoveShackFancy brandThis job description may not be inclusive of all assigned duties, responsibilities, or aspects of the job described, and may be amended at any time at the sole discretion of the Employer.Skills, Qualities & BehaviorsStrong understanding of the LoveShackFancy brand and aestheticHighly organized and detail-orientedExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and professional in busy environmentsComfortable interacting with large volumes of customersAbility to multi-task and support multiple store functionsTeam player with a positive and solutions-oriented attitudeStrong work ethic and reliabilityOutlet Environment ExpectationsComfortable managing high-volume foot trafficAbility to work efficiently during peak outlet shopping days (weekends and holidays)Interact with a diverse client base including local tri-state shoppers and international touristsMaintain brand hospitality while managing crowd control
