Engineering Program Manager

Responsibilities: Manage new and existing build-up projects, ensuring technical quality and timely delivery. Coordinate cross-functional resources, budgets, schedules, and technical deliverables. Oversee qualification, certification activities, and production support to meet program objectives. Collaborate with customers, suppliers, contractors, partners, and internal teams to identify and mitigate risks. Resolve program issues through effective communication and problem-solving. Qualifications & SkillsStrong leadership skills to direct engineering teams. Experience in managing complex engineering programs related to nacelles and engines. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Knowledge of qualification, certification processes, and production support.
