Production Supervisor

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead a team to meet production goals efficiently and effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output and quality targets. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards. Monitor and maintain production schedules, adjusting resources as needed to meet deadlines. Identify and resolve production issues, minimizing downtime and waste. Train, coach, and evaluate production staff; foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate production records and reports; ensure timely completion of shift documentation. Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Implement and support lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure proper use and production machinery, report malfunctions to maintenance department. Promote a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and conducting regular audits. Participate in hiring, onboarding, and cross-training of production personnel. Support inventory control by monitoring material usage and coordinating with supply chain teams. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in production software systems (e.g., Nulogy) and Microsoft Office Suite. Working knowledge of FDA, USDA, SQF, and other food safety regulations. Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
