Accounts Receivable Manager

If you're ready to be part of a growing operation, we'd love to have you on board!Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle accounts receivable day-to-day operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of collections, monitoring, and maintenance of AR accounts across multiple entitiesConduct high-volume collection calls and manage AR correspondence, including resolving account discrepancies and preparing delinquency noticesAlert internal team members of pending disputes and communicate outstanding items required to facilitate payment receiptsCoordinate weekly team meetings to discuss delinquencies, collection strategies, and process improvementsCollaborate with billing, finance, and operations teams to streamline the collections processManage accounting and collections software platformsConduct monthly and quarterly reconciliations across accounting systemsOversee preparation of custom AR reports and KPIs for senior leadershipSet up payment platforms to facilitate incoming paymentsPrepare and manage mechanics liens and lien releasesMonitor AR automation processes and coordinate with tech support to address system issuesReview AR Aging reports on a monthly basisHandle legal disputes and liaise with external legal counselSupport administrative tasks and special projects as neededRequirements:Minimum 5 years of full-cycle accounts receivable and collections experience with a proven track record of successAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferredAbility to manage high volumes of activity, including 20+ collection calls and 30–40 emails dailyProficient in Excel with intermediate-level skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)Strong mathematical and analytical abilities with keen attention to detailProficiency in QuickBooks preferred; experience with additional accounting software a plusStrong technology aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new financial systems and toolsCompensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with yearly bonusPaid holidays and vacationHealth, vision, and dental insurance plus additional voluntary plans401(k) with company matchCompany phone and computer providedBenefits:401(k)Health insurancePaid sick time
