We're looking for a reliable and energetic Retail & Warehouse Associate to support our Maui location, where we serve both industry professionals and the general public.You'll play a vital role in our daily operations—helping customers, maintaining our showroom and warehouse, and ensuring equipment and inventory are ready to go. Our retail and rental operations offer high-quality chemicals, equipment, and expertise to both contractors and DIY customers.What You'll DoAs a Retail & Warehouse Associate, you will:Keep the retail showroom and warehouse neat, organized, and fully stocked.Support customers with product recommendations, equipment loading/unloading, and general assistance.Receive, verify, and store incoming inventory.Maintain the cleanliness of rental equipment and facility (bathrooms, windows, carpet, trash, etc.).Assist in inventory counts and inform management of stock levels.Perform product demonstrations for customers.Deliver and pick up equipment or inventory as needed.Professionally handle incoming calls and assist with errands or administrative needs.Build lasting customer relationships and assist with internal and external sales.Support training workshops, seminars, and other retail events.Maintain company fleet (oil changes, safety checks, etc.).Perform additional duties to support team operations.What You'll Use:Forklift (experience preferred, but we'll train!)Rental equipment (floor machines, grinders, pressure washers, etc.)Power and hand toolsCompany vehiclesPOS systems, computers, and iPadsWhat You Bring:Valid driver's license in good standingHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience in retail/warehouse roles is a plus—but not requiredFamiliarity with hand and power toolsGreat communication and people skillsA clean, professional appearance (uniform shirt provided)Physical Requirements:Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbsAbility to stand, kneel and bend for extended periods of timePhysical stamina and manual dexterityWhy You'll Love Working HereCompetitive hourly payHealth insurance buy-up allowance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO)Employee recognition programs and awardsOpportunities to learn and grow through on-the-job trainingJob Type/Shift:Must have availability Monday - Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm, 3 days a week - varying daysPart-Time, no nights or weekendsPay: $20 - 25/hour, depending on experienceAll offers of employment are contingent on passing a drug and background screen.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
