We value a work life balance, so all overtime and on-call is voluntary.Position Summary: To provide service and maintenance on residential and light commercial oil, propane, natural gas, air conditioning/heating systems, and boilers to company standards providing the customer with a high-quality experience.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license and insurable driving record5 + years of HVAC experience EPA Universal Certification Work well in teams and independentlyGood communication skills between dispatch and customersExcellent customer service skillsExperience in maintenance, and troubleshooting, repairing, a wide range of residential and light commercial equipmentProficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, oil, propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilersGood understanding of all HVAC low voltage systemsAbility to read and interpret wiring diagramWilling to learn and further educationAble to lift up to 50 pounds Possess basic hand tools Pay Rate: up to $44.00 per hour.
