AFS Training / Quick Reaction Team Manager (Level 5) | Lockheed Martin Join the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics team to be part of the Aeronautics Field Sustainment (AFS) Interim Contractor Support (ICS) Core Team supporting F-35 Maintenance activities across the full spectrum of Field Operations at various F-35 operating locations both inside the US and internationally. What You Will Be Doing The selected candidate will supervise a team of on-the-job trainers at various locations and ensures the timeliness of curriculum development and lesson plan reviews ensuring all meet/exceed DCMA 8210.1C and applicable service guidance for all variants of the F-35 aircraft. Works directly with Military, Lockheed Martin and foreign partners to ensure all maintenance training is kept up to date in accordance with all applicable directives. The selected candidate will also manage the F-35, F-16, C-130 Quick Reaction Team. Desired Skills The following Desired Skills are not required but are those skills that would set a candidate apart from the other candidates: F-35 or 5th generation aircraft maintenance experience Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) or Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS) experience Understanding of USAF, USN, USAF, NATO fighter Maintenance Practices Strong verbal and written communications skills for coordinating with Field Service Representatives, and Maintenance Managers on schedules, aircraft status and issues as they occur. Experience leading a diverse workforce Experience with Microsoft Office products Experience developing and presenting formal briefings and presentations. Experience developing maintenance plans and procedures. Experience developing work schedules and assign tasks. Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. National Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year. This position is incentive plan eligible. Premium Pay Statement Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $128,400 - $222,640.
