Physical Therapist

SpineSearch is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team and provide high-quality patient care in a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing therapy interventions, and educating patients and caregivers throughout the rehabilitation process.Responsibilities:Perform patient evaluations, re-evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plansImplement specialized physical therapy treatments and monitor patient progressEstablish functional rehabilitation goals in collaboration with patients and caregiversEducate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and rehabilitation strategiesCollaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams regarding patient care and discharge planningMaintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, Medicare, and state guidelinesParticipate in staff meetings, continuing education, and other departmental initiativesQualifications:BS, MS, or Certificate in Physical Therapy from an APTA-accredited programActive New Jersey Physical Therapy licenseMinimum of 2 years of experience preferred, ideally within a medical practice settingKnowledge of EMR systems, medical terminology, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelinesStrong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively with patients, physicians, and clinical staff
