You will own a portfolio of high-value gaming accounts, architecting and delivering multi-million-dollar technology and AI-driven solutions that reshape how studios develop, publish, and monetize games. This is a leadership position that combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, balancing P&L accountability with the entrepreneurial mindset required to scale emerging opportunities in AI, cloud, and next-gen gaming platforms.Req.#980777108 ResponsibilitiesLead and expand strategic relationships with C-suite and VP-level executives across Gaming studios, publishers, and platforms Own a portfolio of gaming accounts and drive multi-million-dollar AI, data analytics, custom development, and cloud engineering engagements Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and account plans tailored to gaming clients' business models Partner with EPAM's delivery, engineering, data science, and cloud teams to design, scope, and deliver transformational solutions (AI player analytics, game platform modernization, real-time backend infrastructure, game publishing optimization, …) Own P&L accountability for your account portfolio; The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $175,000-$245,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
