Construction Leadman

Overview As Leadman, you guide field crews to deliver quality concrete repair and related services on commercial and industrial sites, contributing to stronger, longer-lasting structures. You’ll support on-site supervision, crew scheduling, and safe, efficient execution, while mentoring teammates and coordinating with foremen and superintendents. This role sits within STRUCTURAL’s safety-forward, team-driven operating model and offers growth toward a Foreman role.
