The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in database testing, QA automation, and AI-driven testing workflows, along with a deep understanding of retail marketing systems and end-to-end data flows.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage QA teams across Onsite–Offshore modelEnsure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practicesReview requirements and prepare comprehensive Test PlansDesign and execute ETL test cases, test scripts, and validation strategiesValidate data integrity, mappings, transformations, and loading processesPerform database testing using complex SQL queries for data validationConduct data reconciliation between source and target systemsImplement and leverage AI-based automation in testing workflowsCollaborate with data architects and engineering teams for data validation and quality assuranceWork on end-to-end testing of retail marketing and backend systemsRequired Skills & Experience:Strong experience in ETL Testing & Database TestingHands-on experience in QA Automation (mandatory)Experience with AI-driven testing/automation tools (must-have)Expertise in ETL testing types:Data Accuracy, Data Completeness, Data QualityMetadata & Transformation TestingInitial & Incremental Load TestingStrong SQL skills for backend data validationSolid understanding of Data Warehouse concepts (Star Schema, Snowflake, Facts & Dimensions)Proven experience in Retail domain (marketing & backend systems)Strong QA process knowledge and testing lifecycle experienceExperience working with Onsite–Offshore teams and stakeholder coordination
