Key Responsibilities Act as the strategic voice of the customer, representing CX in leadership forums Partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable improvements in the Casino experience Lead a high-performing CX function and ensure exceptional service delivery aligned with KPIs Required Qualifications 10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Experience, Operations, or related fields, with strong Casino experience preferred Proven experience operating at the Director level and influencing senior stakeholders Data-driven decision-maker with a track record of measurable CX improvements Deep understanding of Casino promotions, wagering mechanics, and regulatory frameworks Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming licenses
