We replace traditional paper programs with beautifully designed, interactive digital programs that save organizations time, money, and natural resources—while creating a better audience experience.Our platform is used by high schools, community theaters, and professional organizations across the U.S., and we are the only interactive digital playbill solution of its kind in this space.We’re a small, creative, fast-moving team building practical tools for real people—not bloated enterprise software.The RoleWe’re looking for a Full-Stack Developer with strong PHP and React experience to help maintain our current production platform while actively participating in a PHP-to-React code migration.Our existing system is built in PHP. We are using Claude Code to assist in translating and modernizing the codebase into React, and we need a developer who understands PHP well enough to support, validate, and improve the current system during this transition.Key Responsibilities• Maintain and enhance the existing PHP codebase during the migration period• Assist in translating PHP functionality into React using Claude Code• Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code• Build and support new front-end features in React• Work with databases and APIs• Collaborate on UI/UX improvements• Improve performance and scalability• Write clean, well-documented codeRequired Skills & Experience• Strong production experience with PHP• Strong experience with React• Experience maintaining live systems during migration• Database experience (MySQL or similar)• REST API experience• Comfortable using Claude Code or similar AI tools• Strong communication and independent work skillsNice to Have• PHP-to-React migration experience• SaaS platform experience• UI/UX sensibility• Media-heavy application experience• Arts or education platform experienceWhat This Role Is (and Isn’t)This role is a hands-on modernization project with direct collaboration and real impact.It is not long-term legacy-only maintenance.Compensation• Competitive hourly or project-based pay• Flexible schedule• Long-term growth potentialPossible equity in company for the right person
