Lawrence Doors, a part of Amarr / ASSA ABLOY (the global leader in opening solutions), is a leading manufacturer of residential and commercial garage doors.We are committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to our customers.As we continue to grow, we are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Outside Sales / Estimator for our Riverside Service Center.REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS :Must be mechanically inclined.Experience with repairs/installations of doors and dock equipment, preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills (Spanish speaking a plus)Knowledge of various commercial doors and door parts, preferredComputer literate with typing skills to write up proposal, emails, purchase orders, etc.Valid California driver's license with acceptable driving recordReliable vehicleAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced environment is a mustProblem solving and critical thinking Positive attitudeExcellent organizational skillsDUTIES:Meet sales volume & margin quotasCommunicate with crews, dispatcher and customersEstimate pricing and prepare project proposals (good math and logic)Purchasing project related materialsCustomer service & supportMarketing / Networking / Prospecting for new customersVarious general office tasksBENEFITS :Medical/Dental/VisionPaid Time OffPaid Holidays401k plan (with an automatic 3% company contribution, regardless of your contribution after your first year of employment) among others.COMPENSATION :Commission Sales + Salary + Car Allowance + Gas Card(Approximate Annual Range: $65,000 to $75,000 depends on experience.)Lawrence Doors is a family run business since 1925.
