The ideal candidate is alert, dependable, and committed to protecting personnel, property, and equipment while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Job Responsibilities Conduct regular foot patrols throughout the construction site Maintain a visible security presence to deter theft, vandalism, and trespassing Monitor and authorize entry of personnel, contractors, and vehicles Secure gates, fencing, and other access points Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and suspicious activity Escort unauthorized individuals from the property when necessary Complete accurate Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports Assist workers and authorized visitors while maintaining site security Perform additional duties as assigned by management Requirements Valid California Guard Card – REQUIRED Minimum 6 months of security experience (construction site experience preferred) Excellent observation, communication, and report-writing skills Familiarity with security procedures and applicable laws Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods Professional, dependable, and punctual Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday Must have reliable transportation Must be willing to travel within the assigned service area Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during incidents Pay $18.50–$19.50 per hour, depending on experience Location Construction site (exact location provided during the interview process) Apply Today!
