This individual will play a key role in leading and delivering municipal water infrastructure projects, working directly with clients and internal design teams across a wide range of civil engineering initiatives.This role is ideal for a self-starter with strong technical expertise, proven project leadership experience, and a solid understanding of the consulting engineering environment.What You’ll Be DoingLead and manage municipal water infrastructure projects from planning and design through constructionOversee projects involving water distribution systems, pipelines, pump stations, and water treatment facilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring project goals, schedules, and budgets are metCoordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary design teamsPrepare and review plans, specifications, technical reports, and project documentationMentor and support the development of junior engineersTrack project performance and financials; ensure quality control throughout project lifecyclesParticipate in business development efforts, including lead identification, client meetings, and proposal supportDocument findings, recommendations, and project progress with minimal supervisionWhat We’re Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering5+ years of experience in consulting engineering, with a strong focus on municipal water systemsLicensed Professional Engineer (PE) or ability to obtain via reciprocityDemonstrated experience managing projects for municipal water clientsProven success delivering projects on time and within budgetStrong technical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environmentInterested in hearing more?
