As a fast-growing company, we seek a Senior Engineer to join our founding team, lead our technology division, and drive the technical vision of the company. Position Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineer with a proven track record in innovation and product development. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in bringing new products from concept to market and a deep understanding of the health, wellness, fitness, and performance industries. As a co-founder and equity stakeholder, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of ProcessX. Key Responsibilities: Technical Leadership: Lead the design and engineering framework for all ProcessX products. Develop and define all technical specifications, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals. Innovation & Product Development: Drive innovation and oversee the development of new products from ideation through to launch and beyond. Ensure all products meet the highest standards of quality, usability, and performance. Documentation & Specifications: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including functionality documentation and UI/UX technical specifications, to guide the development process and ensure consistency across all products. Team Leadership: Direct and manage the in-house technical team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to ensure continuous professional growth. Partnership Management: Act as the primary technical liaison with ProcessX development partners. Ensure all technical requirements are clearly communicated and met by external stakeholders. Cost Management: Collaborate with the CIO and Project Manager to manage development costs effectively, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Strategic Contribution: As a co-founder, contribute to the overall strategic direction of ProcessX, leveraging your technical expertise to drive the company’s growth and success. Qualifications: Experience: 7+ years of experience in engineering, with a strong focus on product development within the health, wellness, fitness, or performance industries. Innovation: Demonstrated success in developing and launching new products, with a portfolio of past projects that highlight your ability to innovate and execute. Technical Expertise: Proficient in engineering design principles, technical specifications, and UI/UX design. Familiarity with the latest technologies and trends in the industry. Leadership: Proven leadership experience, with a track record of managing and scaling technical teams. Ability to inspire and lead a team towards achieving ambitious goals. Collaboration: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
