Service Technician

Position OverviewEaston Select Group is seeking a skilled and reliable Service Technician to join our growing service team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining our customers pool and spa systems.This is not an entry-level position-we are looking for technicians who take pride in their work, understand the technical side of pool systems, and can operate independently in the field.What You'll DoService & RepairsDiagnose and repair pool and spa equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and plumbingTroubleshoot system issues and identify root causes (not just symptoms)Complete equipment installs and upgrades as neededPreventative MaintenancePerform routine service visits including water testing, chemical balancing, and system checksEnsure proper system operation and efficiencyIdentify and communicate potential issues before they become major problemsCustomer InteractionCommunicate clearly with customers regarding work performed and recommended repairsProvide a high level of professionalism on every job siteRepresent the company with integrity and technical confidenceOperations & SafetyMaintain accurate service records and job notesFollow safety standards and company proceduresMaintain tools, equipment, and service vehicleWhat We're Looking ForExperience2+ years of pool service, maintenance, or related mechanical experienceStrong understanding of pool systems and water chemistryTechnical SkillsAbility to troubleshoot and repair pool equipment independentlyComfortable working with plumbing, electrical components, and mechanical systemsExperience with automation systems is a plusCertifications (Preferred, Not Required)CMS (Certified Maintenance Specialist)CSST (Certified Service & Maintenance Technician)CPO (Certified Pool Operator)Other RequirementsValid driver's license and clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditionsStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailWhat Sets You ApartYou don't just "do the route"-you diagnose and solve problemsYou take ownership of your work and hold a high standardYou're comfortable working independently and managing your dayYou want to grow your skillset and build a long-term careerAbout UsEaston Select Group is a leading provider of pool services and backyard leisure solutions across the Northeast.
