This role is hands-on and onsite, working directly with maintenance teams to transition from interim processes (e.g., Excel-based tracking) to a fully integrated SAP PM environment aligned with plant operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPM Implementation & Execution Lead configuration and deployment of SAP PM for plant operations Translate existing templates into plant-specific execution models Define and implement functional locations, equipment master data, maintenance plans, and work order processesShop Floor Enablement Work onsite with maintenance teams to guide system usage and validate workflows Replace manual processes with SAP-based executionIntegration with Operations Align PM with spare parts, procurement, and warehouse operations Support integration with external MRO systemsValidation & Readiness Support pre-production validation of maintenance processes Ensure PM supports commissioning and ramp-upHypercare Support Provide hands-on support during ramp-up (3 6 months) Troubleshoot issues impacting uptime and maintenance executionRequired Experience 8 12+ years SAP Plant Maintenance experience Automotive or manufacturing plant experience Experience with plant startup or major rollout Strong knowledge of maintenance operations and MRO processesRequirementsPMMO = Project Manufacturing Management & OptimizationPMMO is an SAP capability used primarily in project-based manufacturing environments (A&D, industrial manufacturing, engineer-to-order).What PMMO helps companies:Track material and cost flow at the project levelManage WIP (Work in Progress) tied to specific projectsEnable project-level inventory visibilitySupport complex fulfillment scenarios (make-to-project, engineer-to-order)
