Responsibilities include preparation and trial of patent matters, Markman hearings, technical analysis of products and patents, discovery preparation and management, working with experts, conducting and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions.QualificationsGraduated with a JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in California, Massachusetts, New York, Colorado or Washington, DCPatent litigation experience in district court and/or before the International Trade CommissionA technology background in electrical engineering, computer science or a related fieldExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in the intellectual property department of a law firm.
