You'll work collaboratively with a supportive team in a well-equipped environment featuring a Varian TrueBeam linear accelerator.Schedule Flexibility & Predictable Call: Benefit from a Monday-Friday schedule with clinic hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, offering a healthy work-life balance. This specific locum tenens opportunity excludes call coverage.Supportive Team Collaboration: Partner with a Radiation Oncologist, registered nurses, nurse navigators, dosimetrists, a physicist, therapists, and clerical staff to deliver seamless care for your patients.Advanced Technology & Resources: Utilize the integrated Aria/Cerner electronic medical record (EMR) system to enhance efficiency in documentation and communication.Streamlined Credentialing Process (for qualified candidates): We understand the importance of timely care and are happy to assist with facilitating temporary privileges for qualified applicants with a clean history (estimated timeframe of 30 days minimum).Qualifications:Board-eligible or board-certified in Radiation Oncology is required. Fellowship training is preferred.Active medical license in Michigan (MI) only is mandatory.Current certification in ACLS is essential.Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a Radiation Oncology setting is preferred.The ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating sound judgment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.A commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality, patient-centered care.Additional Information:This location offers a unique opportunity to practice Radiation Oncology in a growing community near Skanee, MI.
