Senior Research Associate - Qualitative

Seeking a full-time Senior Research Associate - Qualitative, the candidate will lead multi-site qualitative research projects, integrating qualitative and quantitative data while mentoring emerging researchers and producing scholarly outputs in a collaborative environment. Key responsibilities Design and lead qualitative data collection across multiple institutional sites, including interviews and case studies Develop and manage qualitative data systems and ensure compliance with IRB protocols and data transfer agreements Mentor and supervise research staff and graduate assistants, while presenting research findings to diverse audiences Required qualifications PhD in education or a related social science field, or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of experience leading qualitative research projects, including design, data collection, and analysis Advanced proficiency with qualitative data analysis software (e.g., NVivo, Dedoose) and working knowledge of Excel Strong publication record with peer-reviewed first-author work Experience leading multi-site research projects with diverse data types
