Job Description NOW HIRING: Waiver Program Oversight SpecialistLocation: Scranton, PAHybrid Schedule: 2 Days In Office (Mondays & Tuesdays) | Remote FlexibilityShift: Mon-Fri, 8a-4pCompensation: $25 per hour*Regional Travel Required During Annual Reviews*Overview:We are seeking an experienced Human Services or Behavioral Health professional to join a Quality Assessment & Improvement (QA&I) team supporting Pennsylvania's Office of Developmental Programs (ODP).This role is ideal for candidates with experience in quality improvement, behavioral health, intellectual disabilities/autism services, case management, supports coordination, or program oversight who enjoy data analysis, compliance review, training, and process improvement.Responsibilities:Coordinate and schedule quality assessment and improvement activities with regional agencies and organizationsReview reports, policies, procedures, corrective action plans, and operational data for compliance and quality standardsAnalyze trends, track findings, and prepare performance reportsSupport quality improvement initiatives and process enhancementsProvide training, guidance, and technical assistance to agencies and staffParticipate in statewide quality improvement meetings and workgroupsRetrieve and analyze data from HCSIS and related systemsCollaborate with leadership, providers, and support coordination organizations to improve program operationsConduct onsite reviews and assessments at agency locations during annual review periodsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field with at least 1 year of experience in the ODP service systemOR 5+ years of experience in the ODP service systemPreferred experience includes:Quality improvement or compliance oversight in human services or behavioral healthIntellectual disability/autism (ID/A) programsSupports Coordination Organizations (SCOs)Administrative Entities (AEs)Provider agency operationsData analysis, reporting, and process improvementApply TODAY or Contact Recruiter to get started....Alliston Brown | 585-710-7944 | alliston@alinestaffing.com
