What You’ll DoSupport and enhance enterprise VoIP and unified communications platformsTroubleshoot complex call routing, registration, and voice quality issuesConfigure and manage SIP trunking and session border controller solutionsContribute to high availability, disaster recovery, and security of voice servicesMonitor performance, respond to incidents, and proactively address risksPartner with cross-functional teams on design, implementation, and upgradesCreate and maintain documentation, runbooks, and best practicesProvide escalation support and mentor team membersDrive continuous improvement across systems and processesWhat You Bring3+ years of experience in enterprise VoIP or unified communicationsStrong understanding of dial plans, call routing, and voice architectureExperience troubleshooting SIP-based environments and voice gatewaysKnowledge of QoS and network fundamentals supporting voice trafficAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, always-on environmentNice to HaveExperience in SD-WAN or hybrid network environmentsExposure to cloud or hybrid calling platformsFamiliarity with UC monitoring/management toolsScripting or automation experience (Python, Ansible, etc.)Understanding of security or compliance frameworks#TECHIND
