Inventory Control / Warehouse Coordinator (Hybrid Role)Job SummaryThis is a hands-on hybrid role (40% warehouse / 60% computer-based) supporting inventory control and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is comfortable working both physically in a warehouse environment and extensively on a computer, with experience in Excel, Outlook, and inventory systems (Oracle preferred).Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse OperationsReceive incoming materials and verify packing slips against shipments for accuracyStage and organize materials on shelves by install/job using move ordersTransfer materials from warehouse to technician trucksPerform cycle counts and physical inventory checks across sub-inventoriesMaintain overall warehouse organization and accuracyInventory & Systems ManagementEnter receipts, transfers, and inventory data into Oracle systemUpdate install projects within proprietary systemsRecord and submit cycle count data for approvalCreate and enter material orders through Oracle/SAPReview and reconcile order and receiving reports for inventory accuracyCommunication & CoordinationCommunicate with internal teams and vendors via email (Outlook)Coordinate with vendors regarding material order statusSupport cross-functional teams to ensure smooth inventory flowAdditional DutiesPerform other duties as assigned by managementQualificationsEducationHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredExperience1+ year of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or materials environment preferredEquivalent combination of education and experience may be consideredRequired SkillsComfortable with computer-based work (majority of role)Experience with Microsoft Excel and OutlookAbility to learn and navigate inventory management systemsStrong attention to detail and accuracyBasic analytical and numerical skillsAbility to work both independently and in a team environmentPreferred QualificationsExperience with Oracle inventory systemsExperience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)Background in inventory control or materials managementPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyComfortable working in a warehouse environment Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
