Litigation Legal Assistant

Responsibilities:Provide administrative and litigation support to attorneys in insurance defense mattersDraft, edit, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and pleadingsManage case files from inception through resolutionHandle calendaring, scheduling, and deadline tracking for state and federal mattersCoordinate depositions, hearings, and trial preparation materialsE-file documents in state and federal courtsCommunicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel as neededQualifications:
2-3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant, ideally within insurance defenseStrong knowledge of litigation procedures and court rulesExperience with e-filing in Florida courts (state and federal preferred)Highly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systemsBenefits:
