Inspection of fire extinguishers, eye was, exit signs
A knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and should be able to fix issues in the organization.
General maintenance, orderliness, and cleanliness to ensure to the facility and equipment are in good shape at all times for utilization.
Safety orientation of new hires, contractors, temporary employees and visitors.
Make sure the equipment is working for start-up each morning. Such as generator, boiler, air dryer, and air compressor.
PM on the equipment.
Installation and assembly of furniture and moving of furniture and equipment within the facility and lab.
Schedule repairs and preventative maintenance with outside source.
Work with Safety Coordinator to resolve any non-compliance.
Be emergency contact for after hours.
Assist in warehouse needs.
Help with special projects a determined by management.
Performs manual labor that requires lifting of up to 50-75 pounds.
Job Type: Full-time
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
