A company is looking for a Lead AI Software Engineer to design and deliver AI/ML solutions for the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
Co-design AI solutions and oversee product-level delivery within enterprise AI architecture
Lead end-to-end implementation of AI models and ensure production deployment with MLOps practices
Build and maintain data pipelines while ensuring HIPAA compliance and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics, or related field
Healthcare domain experience in clinical or revenue cycle management
10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in ML/AI solutions and 2+ years in leadership roles
Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio and experience with Azure AI technologies
Hands-on experience with OpenAI or Anthropic models and familiarity with MLOps practices
