Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to support installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites. This role is critical to ensuring optimal tool performance, uptime, and customer satisfaction in high-tech fab environments. They would provide extensive technical training for this position!Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, qualify, and commission semiconductor equipment at customer facilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on complex electro-mechanical systemsTroubleshoot hardware, software, and process-related issues to minimize downtimeProvide on-site technical support and training to customers and operatorsCollaborate with engineering teams to resolve escalated technical problemsDocument service activities, repairs, and customer interactions in service systemsEnsure compliance with safety protocols and cleanroom standardsSupport upgrades, retrofits, and process improvements
