SummaryAs Revant's Ecommerce Specialist, you'll be at the heart of how our customers discover and connect with our products online, playing a hands-on role in shaping the digital shopping experience for the largest and fastest-growing direct-to-consumer replacement lens company in the world. Responsibilities:Website Operational SupportProduct merchandising for the website: specifying content requirements and coordinating the development of copy, imagery, and video to sell Revant products.App maintenance: supporting updates for existing partners and vetting new platforms for compatibility with the product requirements.Sales and promotions: set up sales and promotions for the website.QA & validation: verify product data, pricing, discounts, and merchandising updates before publishing.New Launch Product Data & Content ManagementDefines complex product data structure: building test product data and building new product matrix wizards.Partner with NetSuite Administrator: provide the necessary technical updates for product integration.Development requirements tracking: Support, track, and document data requirements from Shopify development that impact product architecture.Coordinate website content: support organization and approval of product imagery, video, and copy for launches.Perform theme content refreshes: coordinate theme content updates quarterly and in tandem with new marquee product launches.Internal CollaborationSEO & Marketing support: Collaborating with the Marketing team to implement requirements for search optimization, digital marketing, and customer retention.A/B testing support: support any product data requirements for A/B tests to improve the website's conversion rates, bounce rate, and other KPIs.Web optimization product data collaboration: own and execute all required product data updates to enable website enhancements.Amazon product data support: maintain and QA all Amazon-specific data in NetSuite.Revant offers a competitive compensation package including:Base salary or hourly pay range, $60,000 - $65,000 (dependent upon experience)Eligible for the company bonus programHealth, dental, vision, long term disability and telemedical benefits401k with 4% company matching3 weeks Paid Time Off per yearMonthly parking pass or monthly TriMet pass reimbursement10 company paid holidays per year16 hours of volunteer time off per year$500 charitable donation matchAbout RevantRevant is the largest and fastest-growing direct-to-consumer replacement lens company on the planet.
