Ozark Riverview Manor is a 90 bed skilled nursing facility with 40 bed Residential Care facility located alongside the picturesque Finley River, conveniently located between Springfield and Branson Missouri. Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, manage budgeting, and lead the delivery of high-quality elder care. Responsibilities include staff recruitment, training, and management, fostering a positive care environment, and developing initiatives to enhance long-term resident care. Collaboration with medical professionals, families, and the broader community is essential.QualificationsProven expertise in Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care managementStrong skills in Budgeting and resource managementExperience in providing exceptional Elder CareCapability to lead staff Training and professional development programsKnowledge of state and federal healthcare regulationsExceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skillsBachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)Current state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator is requiredExperience in a similar administrative role in a long-term care setting is a significant advantage
