Multicloud Engineer
Location: Austin, TX Job Type: Long-Term Contract
About the Role:
We're seeking a Multicloud Engineer to support and resolve production incidents across AWS, GCP, and AliCloud. You'll own issues end-to-end—from ticket intake and troubleshooting to RCA—while partnering with Platform Engineering on complex escalations.
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in Cloud Operations, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS & GCP (AliCloud is a plus)
- Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/ACK), IAM, VPC, Route 53, DNS & Load Balancers
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform or Ansible
- Monitoring & Observability: Prometheus, Grafana, SplunkPython, Go, or Bash scripting
- Incident management, RCA writing, and production troubleshooting
- PreferredSpinnaker, GitHub Actions, PagerDutyCloud certifications (AWS/GCP/Alibaba)
- Experience supporting enterprise multi-cloud platforms
