We live our mission every day - to inspire people, create cool stuff, and make a lasting impact on the world!Position OverviewIbility is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level healthcare initiatives in support of the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).This role goes beyond traditional program oversight. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who can translate high-level mission objectives into actionable, human-centered programs that deliver measurable outcomes. You will serve as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, guiding program execution while driving innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across multiple projects and teams.This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare environments, strong program governance experience, and the ability to operate effectively within large, matrixed organizations.Please note: This position is contingent upon contract award (anticipated March 2026).Required QualificationsMaster’s degree in a relevant fieldProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationMinimum 10 years of experience supporting large corporations or government agenciesDemonstrated experience planning, initiating, managing, executing, and closing complex programsProven ability to manage programs within integrated healthcare systemsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications5+ years of experience managing Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) or similar healthcare-related programs5+ years supporting VHA or similarly large healthcare systems (e.g., systems with 15+ medical centers)10+ years of experience in healthcare environments relevant to program objectivesFamiliarity with VISN structures, VA medical center operations, and federal healthcare program requirementsExperience driving innovation, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives in healthcare settingsWe are committed to diversity, inclusion, and accessibility.
