CNC PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR

What You’ll Do
As a CNC Programmer/Operator, you’ll be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes and mills
to produce high-quality precision components. Your expertise will ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly
and efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes and mills using M and G code (Fanuc controls experience preferred).
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineered schematics to ensure precise manufacturing.
Make program adjustments and optimize setups for efficiency and accuracy.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to keep machines running at peak performance.
Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, tape measures) to verify part quality.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely production and high-quality output.
Continuously seek process improvements to increase safety, efficiency and reduce waste.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in setup and programming.
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CNC machining, programming, and tooling, with the ability to troubleshoot
and optimize machining processes.
Education: A 2-year technical degree in CNC machining, manufacturing technology, or equivalent experience
preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a manufacturing
environment.
Attention to Detail: Precision and accuracy are key in this role—every micron matters!
Team Player: Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced production setting.
