Job Title: Sourcing-CSELocation: Ashburn, VA 20147 (Onsite 2 days per week as requested, will likely move up to more days a week)Duration: 12 months (possible extension)OverviewThis position is with the Sourcing Resale Category, meaning you will need to work not only the external Supplier but also with both the Sourcing Legal team and the Sales Deal Legal team (internal) to ensure all components for the contract are included.ResponsibilitiesWorking with cross-functional Sales, Product, Finance, Legal and external Supplier to draft, red-line, negotiate and support Commercial Resale Suppliers contractual agreements (Master Agreements, SOWs and product and/or service exhibits) to include:DeliverablesFavorable Terms and Conditions for Resale of Supplier's Products/Services and Customer dealsAssumptions, dependencies, custom SLAs, etc.Responsibilities of the partiesPricingUse of standardized defined termsWorking with Sourcing Managers, Legal, Finance, Business Partners and Systems Teams to resolve any systems / contract issuesCollaborating with Sales Deal Legal, Business Partner (internal) and other stakeholders to ensure the customer agreement and supplier agreement align, including any customer flowdowns ·Developing and executing the contract project plan and taking ownership of any or all of the contract components. Assuring integration of all contract components from a vertical integration and horizontal integration perspective, including the integration of any subcontracted (“TPV”) services within the Supplier contract.Support and facilitate compliance requirements across the Contract Lifecycle Management Process.Strong understanding of technology across any of the following areas: 5G, IoT, Professional Services, Security, Contact Center,, Network and IT.W2 only / Not open to C2CIf you're interested, kindly send an email to yashita.venseyani@ptrglobal.com
