Training CoordinatorLutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS)Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a Training Coordinator to support organization-wide training and development efforts. This role plays a key part in onboarding, professional development, and compliance training across multiple programs-helping LSS foster a strong workplace culture and high-quality services.What You'll Do:Coordinate and schedule training activities, including new employee orientation, onboarding, and ongoing professional developmentFacilitate in-person and virtual trainings using adult learning principlesMaintain and update training materials to meet program needs and compliance requirementsSupport and manage training systems, including the Learning Management System (LMS)Track, monitor, and report training completion and evaluation dataCollaborate with program leaders and stakeholders to develop training content and systemsMaintain the LSS Connect Training Page (SharePoint) and related resourcesWhat We're Looking For:High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field preferredExperience in human services, training, or organizational development preferredStrong communication, organization, and analytical skillsExperience with blended learning (virtual, in-person, recorded) and training material developmentAbility to work across multiple technology platforms (e.g., LMS, SharePoint, e-learning tools)Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 20% (primarily day trips)Why Join LSS?Mission-driven organization making a difference across Wisconsin & Upper MichiganCollaborative, values-based workplace focused on learning and quality improvementOpportunity to impact employee development across multiple programsLSS is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
