About the job Senior Product ManagerFounding Product ManagerLocation: New York City(In-person 5 days/wk)Compensation:Salary: $150K - $210K + EquityAbout the Role As the Founding Product Manager on this health-tech platform, you will be the single owner of the end-to-end experience for the platform's most crucial users: providers and patients. Your strategic decisions will directly influence our ability to scale with minimal friction, retain our network, and deliver patient outcomes. What You Will DoOwn the User Journey: Take full ownership of the provider experience including onboarding, activation, retention, and referral growth.Lead Dual Product Development: Drive product for both self-serve users and enterprise providers, adapting the experience to meet the needs of different organization sizes.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize analytics, including SQL and Python for data analysis, to identify drop-off points, usage patterns, and feature adoption drivers, then translate these insights into product decisions.High-Bar UX: Lead research and design cycles, maintaining a high bar for user experience and bringing a strong point of view on usability.Operational Partnership: Partner closely with support, sales, and operations teams to evolve provider workflows and expand across new specialties.GTM Alignment: Sit in on enterprise sales and implementation conversations to shape the product and ensure it meets real organizational needs.Strategic Exploration: Explore, evaluate, and execute on new opportunities, which includes new strategic partnerships and products/services.Business Stewardship: Work with the rest of our team and the CEO to make key business decisions, balancing the speed of growth with long-term profitability.Required QualificationsProduct Expertise: Proven experience owning and shipping user-facing product features from conception to deployment.User Obsession: A demonstrated passion for deeply understanding user needs and behaviors (a key quality for Product Engineers, who are the backbone of any user-facing startup 2).Data Literacy: Proficiency in using data to drive product decisions, including familiarity with SQL and Python for analysis.Product Intuition: A natural understanding of what products will resonate with users and the market, guiding technical and product decisions3. Ownership Mindset: An extreme sense of responsibility, ready to take full accountability for all product outcomes, thriving in a demanding, autonomous role
