Sales Admin Specialist
Job DescriptionPosition: Sales Admin SpecialistSummary: This position is responsible for assisting in all aspects of sales admin, inventory, and logistics for a small, hop merchant company buying, selling, storing and shipping hops both domestically and internationally. The key role is to support existing sales efforts, coordinating delivery to and shipment from our Yakima warehouse location, managing the associated documentation, and tracking the inventory in the supply chain.Reports to: President & CEOWork Hours: 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday.Primary Duties: Coordinate domestic and international shipments, and the associated documentation. Coordinate delivery (timelines, processing, etc.) of purchased product with Suppliers. Gather all analytical, quality, and commercial documentation on purchased goods Document all inventory movements and maintain inventory records. Generate sales and inventory reports using SAP. Support day-to-day sale admin and order processing operations. Provide input on overall Company business development efforts. Work closely with Sales Team to establish sales targets and initiatives. Service existing customers and engage new prospects and leads. Maintain target customer list. Perform other duties as required to support the overall success of the business. Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Experience in hop industry strongly preferred. Experience with international shipping & logistics coordination strongly preferred Experience with inventory management preferred. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Attentive to detail. Energetic, likeable personality. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with ERP systems preferred. College level course work with Bachelor Degree preferred.
