Project Specialist
Required Skills & ExperienceBachelors degree and 1 prior year of experience OR 4 years of prior experience in lieu of degreeStrong understanding of construction administration.Knowledge of basic business principles sufficient to project and monitor expensesAbility to intake, distribute and track construction contract files for action by various stakeholders.Clearance: Must be able to pass and maintain a Public Trust clearance (HSPD-12 fingerprint background check).Nice to Have Skills & Experience1.
