ELN Application Specialist

Arrayo seeks an experienced Application Specialist to lead ELN deployments for our biopharmaceutical clients. In this full-time hybrid role (Boston, MA area), you'll drive system implementations, migrate legacy data, train scientific users, and serve as the long-term SME for deployed platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of ELN systems, including requirements gathering, configuration, validation, and go-live support.Execute data migration from legacy systems to new ELN platforms, maintaining data integrity for omics, small molecule, and assay datasets.Train and guide scientific end-users on best practices for new systems, optimizing adoption in R&D and QC labs.Act as post-deployment SME, providing ongoing support, troubleshooting, and optimization for client biopharma teams.Manage implementations where applicable and deploy ELN systems like Sapio, Revvity Signals, or equivalent.Collaborate with Arrayo's data engineers to align ELN with AI/ML workflows and analytics platforms.Required Qualifications5-8+ years in lab informatics, with proven leadership in ELN deployments.Hands-on experience migrating legacy data and strong scientific background (BS/MS in Biology, Chemistry, Bioinformatics, or related).Expertise in omics data, small molecule workflows, GxP lab best practices, new lab setup, user adoption strategies, and 21 CFR Part 11 validation.Preferred SkillsExperience with Sapio ELN, Revvity Signals, Dotmatics, LabVantage, or comparable platforms.Familiarity with biopharma R&D environments and integration with compute platforms for AI/GenAI.Local to Boston area for hybrid work (2-3 days/week onsite).J-18808-Ljbffr
