For our client, we are seeking a Capacity Development Manager - REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Media space.This role will shape the capacity development strategy for partner organizations and legal service providers, with a strong focus on training, technical assistance, and instructional content. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with instructional designers, content developers, and subject matter experts to create high-quality learning resources. The position also plays a key role in identifying knowledge gaps, strengthening onboarding, and ensuring training deliverables are timely, relevant, and impactful.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $108,476 – $184,409 annuallyResponsibilities Set the vision for capacity development for partners and legal service providers Guide a team of instructional designers, content developers, and subject matter experts Lead strategies for legal services training, ensuring quality and timely deliverables Apply adult learning theories and AI innovations to create engaging learning materials Identify knowledge gaps and training needs across teams Maintain current orientation training materials for incoming staff Oversee the development of training products and technical assistance resourcesQualifications Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 4+ years in project management 3+ years of experience building strong relationships for capacity building projects Experience in national training and technical assistance for developing specific subject areas or professions Preferred background in project management and instructional design Familiarity with issues facing refugees, immigrants, and asyleesBenefits Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities Supportive remote work environment with a focus on team collaboration Engagement in meaningful work that supports vulnerable populations Access to resources that foster diversity, equity, and inclusionOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
