Job Title: Software Engineer III (Python)Location: Seattle, WADuration: Contract - 12 monthsResponsibilitiesBuild new products and improve existing ones in collaboration with product engineering teams, Partnerships, and other cross-functional partners to meet business needsUnderstand and apply knowledge of products, technologies, and the business to build solutions that solve problems at scaleDesign and build end-to-end systems and go-to-market strategiesUse a broad range of technical and soft skills to build productive relationships with partners and resolve complex technical and business needsLeverage product insight to deliver high-quality project, integration, and partner engagements while influencing the product roadmap to meet business needsGuide workflow changes, gain consensus from stakeholders, and drive toward solutionsMaintain effective communication with industry partners and internal stakeholders Req Intake TemplateWork with partners to develop long-term plans grounded in business objectives; manage partner integrations with Meta platform products and ensure value creation Build and manage working relationships with technical counterparts Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and quickly action feedback received on your own codeInfluence decision-making through the presentation of data-centric insightsServe as a subject matter expert within Partner Engineering and provide consultation on domain-level projectsMentor and share knowledge with peers, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team membersQualifications:Experience as a software engineer building and shipping production-quality codeExperience delivering reliable, scalable, and efficient code with an emphasis on maintainability, including documentation and test planningExperience with one or more open-source languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or JavaScript, and relevant frameworksExperience with software design and architectureExperience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences Experience capturing data at scale and/or using data analytics to drive decision-making and measure impactBachelor's degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalentpractical experience (degree must be completed prior to start date)Must-Have SkillsPython (primary) and SQLBackend development experienceData pipeline experienceNice-to-have SkillsInterest in working with game developers and B2B integration experienceData investigation and analysis background
