Position Overview/Job DescriptionDistribute received product to the pick/pack area or manufacturing area as appropriate.Put away all inbound product daily using FIFO and ensure items are placed in the correct picking locations.Use RF scanners or warehouse management systems to record inventory movements and support accurate data entry.Replenish picking locations with backup stock as needed.Assist Inventory Control in assigning bin locations for new products and provide location information for entry into warehouse management system.Maintain clean, organized aisles and storage areas to support safety and efficiency.Assist in other warehouse or company areas as directed by the Warehouse Manager.Required Skills & QualificationsPrevious warehouse, material handling, or logistics experience preferred.Ability to operate or willingness to train on forklifts and powered industrial trucks.Forklift certification.Comfortable using RF scanners and basic computer systems; experience with D365 or other WMS is a plus.Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and documentation.Ability to lift up to 60 pounds, stand/walk for extended periods, and climb ladders.Experience with FIFO inventory processes.EducationHigh School Graduate or Equivalent.Benefits/PerksEnriched Medical, Dental, and Vision PlansWeekly PayFlexible Spending Account (FSA) – Medical & Dependent Care401K Retirement Savings plan w/ Safe Harbor –Employer Contribution of 3% Gross WagesTuition Assistance ProgramCompany-sponsored Life Insurance and Voluntary Term Life/AD&D PlansShort-Term & Long-Term Disability, and Accident/Critical Illness/Hospital Indemnity PlansFitness Membership ReimbursementGreat work/life balance
