Merchandising SpecialistAZ Southeast Distributors LLC is seeking a Merchandising Specialist in the Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will use your own vehicle to aid in the development of sales routes through improved merchandising, better account penetration and improved availability of products distributed through the system.To aid in the development of the routes through improved merchandising, better account penetration and improved availability of products distributed through the system.Essential functions include:Expand distribution of our products in new and existing accounts by performing cooler resets, warm set resets, and by building displays.Reset schedules will be provided by the Branch Manager on a daily basis.Place POS materials and display racks throughout assigned territories. All pack-outs must include accurate and proper pricing.All resets must be accompanied with a before and after picture.Assume other responsibilities and perform special functions as may be assigned by immediate supervisor.Assist in the coordination and set up of special events in assigned territories.Review and identify competitive activity.Other duties may be assigned, as needed or required.Qualifications and skills include:Proven success in merchandisingAbility to maintain strategic working relationships with distributors and accounts.Strong communication and interpersonal skillsDetail oriented, self-starter, multi-taskerExcellent analytical and organizational skillsAbility to adapt quickly and effortlessly with changeSolid experience in MerchandisingMust have a valid driver's licenseBS Degree preferredBilingual a plusSupervisory responsibility: No direct supportsWork environment: PortablePhysical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk. The employee must regularly lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds.
