Job SummaryOwns administrative and documentation functions for all shopping events from creation through completion. Ensures accuracy and timeliness in system data and communication across teams.Job DutiesCreate and maintain shopping events in FMS and Salesforce.Prepare Scope of Work packets and send to shops/customers.Track car movement via CLM/DDCT and update status.Manage inbound/outbound disposition communication.Ensure documentation accuracy before invoicing.Escalate exceptions or missing data to Team Manager.Serve as first line of contact for event status updates.Education and Experience3+ years in rail operations or administrative coordination(preferred).Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and FMS systems.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Measures of SuccessSystem accuracy and documentation completeness.Timely event creation and updates.Reduction in documentation errors before invoicing.This is a general description of the Duties, Responsibilities and Qualifications required for this position.
